MOTIV collaborates with or may be contracted by governments, corporations or other NGOs to work on projects and programs with these public and private entities.
Program Description
Our focus is on projects and programs that are aligned with our five “E” guide. If the work to be done Educates, Equips, and Empowers the underserved, marginalized or oppressed, then we will tackle the project to Emancipate and Elevate these people to a sustainable life with real hope for a bright future.
Operationally, MOTIV is a project management and educational company that is skilled in both Agile project management methodologies as well as Predictive or Waterfall methodologies. For example, organizations such as the United Nations offer grants and funding for projects such as clean water initiatives. MOTIV can accomplish the UN’s mandate for the project while simultaneously turning the resulting engineered product into a small or micro-business owned and run by local indigenous people in a circular Bitcoin economy.
