I.V.E.M. (Inclusive Vocational Education Movement)

I.V.E.M. is a Vocational Education Movement which focuses on job skills training, career advancement education and preparation for higher education for people who previously had no access to these programs.

I.V.E.M. starts with a community needs assessment. From there individuals who want to help their community thrive are identified and a skills assessment is performed.

Once needs are determined a program is implemented featuring those who possess the skills needed for mentoring. They are then aligned with those who want to learn that skill. Opportunities are endless and include indigenous crafts, production of goods, and services such as healthcare and tutoring.

The goal of I.V.E.M. is to create opportunity for a better life and productive contribution to the community. It is this work that contributes directly to a Bitcoin circular economy.

Millions of Peruvians are excluded from vocational or higher education
75% of Peruvians are unbanked and are excluded from legal employment protection.
35% of families are fully supported by single mothers who have only basic literacy.
Access to proper academic or vocational education is often limited by family needs.
