Motiv Med works with Municipalities, NGOs and local medical partners to provide preventive and emergency care in underserved or unserved populations without access to adequate healthcare, Educating and Equipping people in order to improve and maintain communal medical health, wellness and nutrition.
Motiv‘s teams have been courageously active throughout the COVID19 pandemic that has hit Peru harder than nearly any other nation. First and foremost we want to thank our team members for their unwavering bravery and courage. Our team members have suffered tragic losses to this terrible virus and in each case, they have come back stronger and even more determined. Every team member has been on the medical front lines in a wide variety of capacities and our corporate leadership team is both incredibly inspired, and incredibly humbled by their actions, their work ethic and their love for others.
Motiv Med is made up of a wide variety of programs. We work with a variety of partners from Municipalities to other NGO’s and faith based organizations. We facilitate medical missions coming in from the United States and other countries. Our forward operating locations where so many of our educational programs take place are ideal locations to identify medical needs so that we can coordinate with medical missions teams with particular specialties. Motiv works with nutritionists and preventive medicine experts to tackle the very real problem of malnourishment through nutrition education, nutrient rich meal provision and diabetes prevention education and outreach. We work with major municipalities to augment their anti-malnutrition efforts in Peru. We have mobile medical and dental treatment vehicles and are presently coordinating partnerships to launch clean water initiatives, as Dengue Fever and parasitic infestations are large problems in the areas we serve.
